メルセデス ベンツ博物館（ドイツ）
こんにちは、Fe@NJです。

今回は、ドイツ南西部の国際都市、シュツットガルト（Stuttgart）の、メルセデス ベンツ博物館（Mercedes-Benz Museum）の見学記録です。

車マニアでなくても、十分楽しめると思います。
じっくり観るためには、丸一日必要かも知れません。

①日本～ドイツ間は、ルフトハンザ航空の直行便を利用。
今や希少な四発エンジンの「エアバスA340」機・・・羽田空港にて

②搭乗時、機体前方のファーストクラス席を見学。

③メルセデス ベンツ博物館

④メルセデス ベンツといえば、高級乗用車のイメージが強いが、
鉄道車両を製作していた時代もあったようだ。

⑤旧式の二階建てバス、二階へ上る階段の形が芸術的で面白い。

⑥この旧式のスポーツカー・・・

⑦ペダルの配置が、何と、左から、
クラッチ→アクセル→ブレーキの順

⑧770 Pullman Limousine、第二次大戦前の昭和天皇の公用車（1935）

⑨500 SEL、私の好みの一台

⑩500 SL、ダイアナ妃の愛車（1991）

ドイツには、ポルシェやＢＭＷの博物館もありますよ。
質実剛健なドイツ車は、とにかく素晴らしいです。

Hi, this is Fe@NJ, who has passed Second Grade of Timetable Test in Japan.

This is my tour record of the Mercedes-Benz Museum of Stuttgart, an international city in the southwestern part of Germany.

I think that you can enjoy enough even if you are not a car enthusiast. 　It may be necessary for a full day to watch over it.

(1) Between Japan and Germany, I boarded a direct flight operated by Lufthansa German Airlines.  It is now a rare four-engine “Airbus A340” aircraft.

(at Tokyo-Haneda Airport)

(2) When boarding, I took a glimpse of the first class cabin in front of the aircraft.

(3) Mercedes-Benz Museum of Stuttgart

(4) Speaking of Mercedes Benz, it is reminiscent of images of luxury passenger cars, nevertheless, it seems that there was a time when railroad cars were being produced.

(5) It is an old-style double-decker bus. The shape of the stairs rising upstairs is artistic and funny.

(6) It is an old-fashioned sports car ･･･

(7) The arrangement of its pedals are, from the left, Clutch -> Accelerator -> Brake in order!

(8) 770 Pullman Limousine: It is an official car of Japanese Emperor Hirohito in Showa period before World War II, received in 1935.

(9) 500 SEL: One of my favorites.

(10) 500 SL: Princess Diana acquired in 1991.

In Germany there are also museums of Porsche and BMW.  German cars in fact are robust in anyway.  Do you like those cars?

今回はドイツのシュトゥットガルト（Stuttgart）の小さな旅です。中央駅からドイツ鉄道（Deutsche Bahn）で十数分、スポーツカーで有名なポルシェ（Porsche）の工場の隣、「ポルシェ博物館」を訪れました。

①鉄道の国・ドイツを象徴するような風景

ドイツにおいて、鉄道のシステムは、旅客・貨物ともに充実しています。メルセデス・ベンツの工場にも、多くの引込線が敷設されています。

②地下にあるシュトゥットガルト中央駅

③ワンコも同乗可能？

④ポルシェ博物館は、郊外の駅前にあります。

⑤行き先表示・・・日本のように何時何分発ではなく、待ち時間が表示されています。

⑥列車の到着シーンです。

⑦ポルシェの工場等の施設に向かうサラリーマンその他が下車して来ます。日本の通勤風景と似ていますね。

⑧博物館の入口・・・３台のポルシェが空中に！

⑨一世を風靡した「ポルシェ カレラ ＧＴ」（2003年）

⑩シュトゥットガルトのダウンタウンに戻り、クリスマス・マーケットを楽しみました。

Hi, this is Fe@NJ , who has passed Second Grade of Timetable Test in Japan.

Let me introduce a short trip in Stuttgart, Germany.  From the central station by the German Railway, Deutsche Bahn, for ten and several minutes, we visited Porsche Museum next to a famous sports car factory of Porsche. 

①We can see the landscape that symbolizes Germany as the country of the railroad.

It is noted that the railway system is full of both passengers and freight in Germany.  Many drop-in lines are laid in Mercedes-Benz factory as well.

②The Stuttgart central station is in the basement.

③The passengers seem to be able to accompany doggies.

④The Porsche Museum is located in front of a suburban station.

⑤Although it is a destination display, it does not indicate the next train’s departure time like in Japan, but its waiting time is shown.

⑥The train has just arrived.

⑦From the train, passengers, who look like workers going to facilities of the Porsche etc. and others are getting off.  This is similar to Japanese commuter landscape.

⑧There are three Porsche’s in the air at the entrance of the museum.

⑨Porsche Carrera GT blew out of the world in 2003.

⑩We returned to downtown Stuttgart and enjoyed the Christmas market.
